the valet parking was efficient and free, i suppose.
The noise levels were unbearable. A loud party at the pool continued until 3 am. i was told it would end by 10 pm, so that was a blatant lie. the room's cleanliness wasn't great. There was a leftover can in the outside area.. i also found the in-room dining food selection and quality lacking.

Moe was helpful at the reception. She offered suggestions of things to do within the hotel. She ensured I had everything I needed in my room. Zafar addressed maintenance issues quickly and showed me how to operate the room facilities.
The front desk staff was not GREAT. I found it unsuitable for families. There was a drunk disorderly person outside my door starting fights with staff.
